Why the focus on RELATIONSHIPS?

This is the hill I will die on.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working with countless families, I know that:

  • most distress stems from relationship conflict

  • the route to relief, peace, & joy is much faster when relationships heal

  • bringing a child into the home is a FAMILY experience, not an individual experience

While postpartum struggles have naturally focused on the mother, it is important we also attend to partners and family members.

Helping partners learn how to best support Mom can bring faster relief for the Mother, increase peace in the couple relationship, and peace in the parent-baby relationship.

And frankly, partners matter too!

When we help relationships thrive, the whole family dynamic changes and everyone benefits.

I look forward to talking soon!
